The API Solutions Engineer role focuses on developing and customizing APIs to meet client needs, ensuring efficiency, security, and seamless integration with internal and external systems. You will write code for creating APIs, automate testing and integration processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, youll be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to clients, helping them effectively utilize the APIs.

Responsibilities

1. API Development and Customization: Write code to create and customize API solutions for clients, ensuring optimal efficiency and security.
2. API Testing and Automation: Develop scripts to automate testing or integration processes for API solutions.
3. Integration with External Platforms: Implement code to integrate APIs with other systems and external applications, ensuring continuous and efficient data flow.
4. API Testing: Write unit and integration tests to verify the functionality, correctness, and performance of the APIs.

Requirements

1. Experience with API Development: Solid experience with API development (RESTful, GraphQL, etc.) and integration.
2. Proficiency in Programming Languages: Strong command of languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
3. Blockchain and DeFi Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, and zkSync, along with cryptographic protocols and security practices.
4. API Architecture: Deep knowledge of API architecture, including REST conventions, token/auth flows, error handling, and integration best practices.
