About job

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to automate processes for internal use and external clients.
• Participate in defining the technical architecture, handling data migration and system integration, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Mentor and support other Dynamics team members (mid/junior), conduct code reviews, and establish best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, business consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize existing solutions while ensuring ongoing maintenance, updates, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support business process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and implement scalable solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics with external systems (via APIs, REST/SOAP) and manage data migration.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support for mid/junior developers, ensuring best practices.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for existing solutions.
• Ensure continuous improvement, maintenance, and security compliance of Dynamics applications.

Requirements

• 35+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Web API, and SQL databases.
• Solid understanding of data migration, integration, and system architecture.
• Experience working in agile teams, with excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English; Romanian proficiency is a plus.
