We are looking for candidates with expertise in both information technology and business administration for the role of IT Business Analyst. IT business analysts are responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.

The best IT business analysts have exceptional interpersonal skills as they need to act as a communication link between the IT and Executive branches.

Position : Business Analyst (Tech Company )

Responsibilities:

Analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems.
Understanding as-is process, analyzing users' requirements and document requirements.

Suggest and recommend business/process/IT solutions
Involve with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Gather business requirements and business processes from business users and
Perform process analysis methodology to identify defect/impact of the business processes
Document comprehensive business requirement specification including business process diagram and business rule

Qualifications:

Junior BA: 3-5 years or Senior BA: over 5 years experienced in Finance, Insurance, Banking or Other.

Good interpersonal, communication skill, Ability to make effective formal presentations.
