Translate complex analysis methods into simple, visual analyses to provide recommendations for the operations team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and strategies for decision-making

Requirements and skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 4+ years of experience preferably in companies like BAT (Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent), ByteDance, etc
Proficient in Python/SQL (R/SAS acceptable) for data analysis, modeling, and mining
Familiar with data visualization and operational reporting tools like QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI
Experienced in using growth ecosystem analysis tools such as Google Analytics, GrowingIO, Firebase
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with big data ecosystem technologies is a plus
Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
