Account Manager

Permanent, full time

Field based in West/South West London

Salary – 29-32k

They are committed to producing goods of only the highest quality, providing excellent customer service, and achieving a vibrant and inspiring workplace. The award-winning range is sold in the UK, Ireland and many international markets via multiple different sales channels including pharmacies, health food stores, grocery, online retailers, marketplaces, hospitals, clinics and Complementary & Alternative Medicine (CAM) practitioners.

They are proud to be the UK’s bestselling range of probiotic supplements.

They are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive growth across the pharmacy and health food retail sectors. This field-based role will focus on developing new business opportunities, supporting existing retail partners, and delivering engaging product training to ensure successful brand visibility and product recommendation.

You will play a key role in expanding the customer base while building strong relationships with retail teams and healthcare professionals.

Account Manager, your responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new retail opportunities across pharmacies and health food stores

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to drive sales performance

  • Conduct in-store visits to support merchandising, brand visibility and product placement

  • Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail teams and healthcare professionals

  • Promote the product range to relevant stakeholders including nutritionists and dietitians

  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to support brand awareness

  • Work collaboratively with retail partners to create promotional initiatives and in-store activity

  • Monitor sales performance, customer engagement and territory activity

  • Manage CRM records, administration and monthly territory expenditure

  • Provide market feedback and insights to internal sales and marketing teams

Account Manager, skills and experience:

  • Qualification or background in nutrition, complementary health or related field

  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Confident communicator with excellent customer-facing ability

  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development

  • Able to work independently while contributing to a wider team

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Previous sales or account management experience

  • Experience within the healthcare, natural products or retail sector

Account Manager, the benefits:
