Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Photo Editor to join our team in Chennai, India. As our Photo Editor, you will be responsible for organizing and selecting the best photos from our clients' wedding events, editing and retouching them to perfection, and liaising with our Singapore office team and customers to ensure the timely delivery of the final product. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Downloading and organizing the photos provided by our photographers, ensuring they are correctly synced and time-stamped
  • Selecting the best photos that will be used for our client's wedding albums and page add-ons
  • Adjusting the colors and tweaking the photos to give the best visual outlook
  • Retouching images for social media and other marketing materials
  • Meeting customers via Google Meet to present and sell wedding albums and page add-ons to them
  • Choosing the album materials and frame materials that will be used in the final product
  • Organizing all information neatly in our Google Sheets system
  • Liaising with our printers to ensure that everything comes in the correct format
  • Checking the delivery order and contacting customers to come over for collection
  • Ensuring a smooth handover with our Singapore office team

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in photo editing, preferably in the wedding photography industry
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for photography and visual arts
  • Experience in working with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Fast internet speed to download and upload large photo files
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in using Google Sheets or similar software
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results

We are expecting a total of 12 projects completed in a model from selecting to color correction.

Additional Job Description:

This is a full-time work-from-home position, and the successful candidate will be required to have a high-speed internet connection of at least 100 Mbps.

As a remote Photo Editor, you will be expected to have access to your computer and relevant photo editing software. You will also need to have a dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions to ensure that you can focus on producing high-quality work.

We are looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual who can work independently and effectively manage their time. As a remote worker, you will set your schedule and meet project deadlines.
