Position Title: Mid Business Analyst
Location: Remote - LATAM

What you will be doing:
This role will focus on AI-driven document processing, supplier onboarding, workflow optimization, and global implementation initiatives across operations and finance functions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical and operational teams, helping scale intelligent automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business applications, systems support, business process improvement, or related roles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, and Finance environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing/workflow management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with AI document automation platforms such as Raft AI or Rossum.
  • Knowledge of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies.
  • Experience within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain industries.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage and enterprise integrations using APIs or EDI.
  • Understanding of automation workflows, data mapping, and system integrations.
  • Exposure to AI model training or document classification processes.
