We are expanding our reach and client base specifically in Vietnam, at the moment and are looking for another Talent Partner to come on board and provide first-class recruitment and TA consultation for our clients.
If you feel like there is limited learning in your agency experience or find it hard to cut through the bureaucracy in your in-house role we offer work that focuses on pragmatic solutions, long-term strategy, and outcomes above numbers just for the sake of numbers. You will get to work with interesting clients and there will be the opportunity to be given a lot of responsibility and autonomy in your role if the right commitment and attitude is shown.
IDEALLY You
* Have experience recruiting for Tech and/or startup roles in TH, PH, SG and VN. Europe and APAC experience is a plus (other industries will be considered)
* Are able to handle recruitment end-to-end
* Possess excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills (we take a consultative partnership approach to work with our clients)
* Speak very good English (for communication internally and with clients)
* Have a growth-mindset and desire to improve yourself
The opportunity will initially be on a 3-6 month contract. If all goes well there will be the opportunity to convert to a long-term or full-time arrangement and plenty of opportunities to move up, double down and specialize in the recruitment or expand your scope into the upcoming HR consultancy and Employer Branding side of our business and a chance to do work across clients in multiple countries in SEA.
