Job description

ABC Education Group is a leading provider of international education solutions, offering a range of services to support agents, students, families, and schools, including USA F-1 & J-1 High School Programs, UK High School Programs, Virtual education and college counseling as well as junior language courses in both USA and UK. We are seeking a Program Manager to expand our presence in Mexico and the wider LATAM markets and support our existing agents through training and consultation.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive B2B and B2C growth in the assigned territory. You will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and work closely with our international team to achieve set financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales/Student Recruitment:

1. Drive sales of ABC's product and service portfolio in Mexico and LATAM markets through agent visits, trainings, and consultations

2. Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to meet financial targets

3. Support existing agents and build new business relationships with clients

4. Updating and tracking of all students and agents in CRM for all incoming students

5. Monitor market trends and competitors

6. Provide a weekly sales report to the Executive Team

Events:

1. Assist and participate in roadshows and conventions arranged by the company.

2. Support the team during traveling, be ready for urgent situations;

3. Assist and participate in organizing online events, collecting all needed information, co-hosting;

4. Assist Senior team in preparation for ABC to be competitive in respective markets;

Requirements:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

2. Excellent presentation skills and ability to build relationships with clients

3. Good conversational and written English

4. 5+ years of experience in international education sales and marketing, with knowledge of the USA educational system and visa requirements

5. Proven track record of meeting sales targets
