We specialize in helping academically strong students who are looking to get ahead, stand out, and achieve big academic goals. We are seeking a part-time AP Calculus teacher for the upcoming school year.

If you're passionate about helping high school students build strong foundations in differential and integral calculus — and looking for an opportunity to join a new and growing virtual school — we invite you to apply.

This is a part-time, hourly position that is fully remote and requires no travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remotely teach AP Calculus (AB and/or BC) to a small class of students.

  • Deliver 2–3 hours of live instruction each week during the academic year.

  • Guide students through free-response and multiple-choice problem sets covering limits, derivatives, integrals, and (for BC) series, in line with current College Board requirements.

  • Craft engaging asynchronous learning activities and assignments to help students stay on pace and successfully complete all AP course content and required components.

  • Utilize our LMS, College Board resources, and Zoom to deliver engaging lessons.

  • Deliver instruction using your own proven methods and materials within the confines of the official AP Calculus Course and Exam Description (CED).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.

  • Direct experience teaching AP Calculus AB and/or BC.

  • Strong working knowledge of College Board scoring rubrics and exam format for AP Calculus.

Preferred:

  • Experience teaching AP Calculus in a virtual/online setting.

Compensation:

  • Competitive rates (commensurate with experience)
