ABC Education Group is seeking passionate and motivated Local Coordinators throughout the United States to recruit host families, support international students, and build relationships with schools and community partners.

This flexible, work-from-home opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in education, community outreach, social services, volunteer management, sales, or student programs who want meaningful work with a flexible schedule.

As our network continues to grow, we are expanding our team of dedicated Local Coordinators nationwide.

What You'll Do

As a Local Coordinator, you will serve as the primary support person for international students, host families, and schools within your community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and screen host families for international high school students

  • Build relationships with local schools and community organizations

  • Match students with suitable host families

  • Provide ongoing support to students and host families throughout the program

  • Act as an advocate and mediator when concerns arise

  • Conduct regular check-ins with students, host families, and schools

  • Complete monthly progress reports and required documentation

  • Participate in community outreach and host family recruitment initiatives

  • Promote cultural exchange opportunities within your local area

Requirements

  • Must reside in the United States

  • Valid Driver's License required

  • Reliable transportation for occasional local visits

  • Ability to work independently and maintain regular communication

  • Previous sales or recruiting experience preferred

Compensation

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
