We're looking for an Intermediate Travel Agent for a luxury concierge and destination management company. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes

• Make bookings

• Confirm reservations

• Manage our travel & concierge inbox

• Manage invoices

Minimum qualifications:

• Has worked in the travel department with Amex Centurion, a luxury travel agency, luxury hotels, and airline reservations team.
• Preferably global experience
• Experience with Tramada, Sabre or Virtuoso
• The agent won't be verbally speaking with any of our members, the role is 100% behind the scenes, on email and WhatsApp only.

Work set-up: Remote

Working hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (AU Time)
