Quality Assurance Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our clients' web applications by conducting tests and identifying defects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience in both manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our design and development teams to ensure the quality of web solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for web applications.
• Conduct manual and automated tests to identify defects and issues.
• Document and track issues, bugs, and defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Participate in design and code reviews to identify potential issues before they arise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and techniques.
• Continuously improve our testing processes and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Ability to document and track issues and defects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in testing mobile applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies such as PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience in performance and load testing.
