Salesforce Service Cloud QA Tester

Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud QA Tester

Location: Remote (Latam)

 

About the Role

You will ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions by planning and executing tests, identifying and validating defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce Service Cloud (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Lightning Experience, etc.).

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce configurations and integrations.

  • Log, track, retest, and validate defects; partner with developers/admins to drive resolution.

  • Support test automation efforts (framework contribution, script creation/maintenance, execution, reporting).

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide timely QA status updates, risks, and recommendations.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of hands-on QA experience specifically supporting Salesforce Service Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle.

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.

 

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with automation tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, or Provar (highly preferred).

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).
