Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative web solutions in collaboration with our team of developers, designers, and project managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience leading development projects and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality web applications using a variety of technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Python
• Collaborate with our design and development teams to create and implement customer journey-centric web solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components of web applications
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug web applications, as well as identify and resolve any performance issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development
• Lead code and design reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers in the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in full stack web development, including experience leading development projects
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as proficiency with multiple server-side programming languages (PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Expertise in back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails
• Expertise in database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Strong understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex web applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento
• Experience with mobile app development, using technologies like React Native or Flutter
• Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git
