UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team in Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our clients' web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our design and development teams to design user-centric web solutions for our clients.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Design visually appealing interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use.
• Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all design elements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other team members.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.
• Experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Ability to create visually appealing designs that are both functional and intuitive.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in designing for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Experience in creating design systems and pattern libraries.
