Job Description:
Global Contact Services (GCS) is a long-term contractor for NYC Transit Authority (NYCTA). GCS provides 24/7/365 customer service for the NYCTA βAccess-a-Rideβ transportation program. It provides public transportation for eligible customers who have disabilities that prevent them from using the public buses and subways.
Currently, GCS is hiring Full-Time or Part-Time positions - both experienced and entry level.
Remote Positions are available for workers within a 50-mile radius and under a 2-hour commute from 3300 Northern Blvd, Long Island City, NY. This area includes all five boroughs, wider NY and parts of New Jersey.
