Job description

Onsite Collections Representative
$17/hr + monthly performance incentives
Monday–Friday | 10:30am–7:00pm | NO weekends

Training & Support
You’ll complete a full-time, paid 4-week training designed to set you up for success. Our training includes hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and mentorship to help you build confidence and skills in your role.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide patient, empathetic support when assisting customers with credit card payment inquiries
  • Communicate professionally and effectively through phone interactions
  • Analyze account details to identify the best resolution for each customer
  • Negotiate and collaborate to resolve payment-related concerns
  • Consistently meet performance and quality goals

  • Bilingual differential for fluency in Spanish – 15% (starting wage of $19.55/hr)
