CC&B Architect 

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Architect to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Utilities applications, strong architectural skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex utility projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of Oracle CC&B solutions for utility clients.
  • Define technical standards, integration patterns, and data models.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for CC&B configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Oversee solution performance, scalability, and security.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and proposal development.
  • Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities applications, with at least 5 years in CC&B.
  • Strong understanding of CC&B modules including Customer Management, Billing, Payments, and Metering.
  • Experience with OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework).
  • Hands-on experience with integrations using SOA, REST APIs, and middleware platforms.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale CC&B solutions.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle Utilities products (e.g., MDM, C2M, SGG) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
