Job description

CC&B Architect

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Architect to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Utilities applications, strong architectural skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex utility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of Oracle CC&B solutions for utility clients.
Define technical standards, integration patterns, and data models.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide guidance on best practices for CC&B configuration, customization, and integration.
Oversee solution performance, scalability, and security.
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and proposal development.
Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities applications, with at least 5 years in CC&B.
Strong understanding of CC&B modules including Customer Management, Billing, Payments, and Metering.
Experience with OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework).
Hands-on experience with integrations using SOA, REST APIs, and middleware platforms.
Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale CC&B solutions.
Familiarity with other Oracle Utilities products (e.g., MDM, C2M, SGG) is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
