Compliance Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Focusedon bringing in sustainable data & reporting, focusing on manufacturinglocation sites.
  
• Helpwith identifying how we can transition some of the manual efforts into asystemic report.
  
• Thisis not a programming role.
  
• Familiaritywith navigating through user interfaces and functionality.
  
• Thisperson will need to translate the data requirements correctly.
  
• Identifyhow to take existing data and assess if the platform can be configured toproduce a similar set of data.
  
• Buildingout this new system for the team to use in the future. It is a 3rd party systemthat is industry-specific, which has not been disclosed. It is similar to aCRM-type application.
  
• Willbe working with multiple groups, such as:
  
• SustainabilityManufacturing
  
• LegalCompliance
  
• EnvironmentalCompliance
  
• WorkLocation: Remote for contract duration is okay. Local candidates preferred.
  
• WorkSchedule: Flexibility for evening meetings to accommodate Singapore time zones.
  

Skills/Qualifications

·   5+years of experience. This is not an entry level position.

·   Hassolid business analysis skills.

·   Abilityto learn a new platform & familiarize themselves with it.

·   Hasexperience using a platform for compliance tracking.

·   Acandidate with the following in their background:

o    Comfortable with systemconfigurations

o    Independently investigate& learn system criteria

o    Compare & possibly buildtest cases

·   Top3 Skills:

o    System confirmation

o    Reporting requirements

o    User acceptance testing
