Job Title: Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer

Since2016, we have dedicated ourselves to solving the negative impact a cashlesssociety is having on the charity sector. By harnessing the power of contactlesstechnology, our products are helping some of the UK’s biggest charities receiveup to 85% more in donations. Together, we are shaping the future offundraising.

 

We aregrowing fast. We have got over 1,500 clients on our books and helped over 1million donors make a contactless donation. This year, we are planning to takeour company global with a whole range of new products and services. We have gotbig ambitions, and we need a Marketing Executive to help us achieve them.

 

Where youcome in

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executiveto join the GoodBox team and expand our current market reach. You will beresponsible for overall delivery of the outbound digital marketing and brandstrategy.

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who has ideasand brings a creative approach to digital marketing mixed with attention todetail to manage and deliver the go to market brand and commercial voice. You’llbe an experienced B2B marketeer who has previously worked in a start-up orscale organisation, ideally within a SaaS or FinTech organisation.

 

You’ll have an eye for design and detail withan entrepreneurial mindset to push your ideas and concepts over the line. Giventhe nature of the role you will have excellent copywriting and writtencommunication skills, with a track record of driving organic growth throughvarious social media channels.

 

The Role

  • Ownershipand day to day responsibility for the GoodBox; website and online presence,various social media channels, content management, brand guardianship, assetsincluding photographic imagery, PR and Corporate Communications
  • To usemethods such as: HTML email and/or traditional mail; below-the-lineadvertising; social media; competitions and discounts to drive sales interestand promote our product and brand.
  • Track anddeliver defined KPI’s including Customer Acquisition Cost, and MarketingQualified Leads.
  • Work withinternal teams to research content needed for marketing materials and developcase studies.
  • Collaboratewith key business stakeholders to ensure the required sales materials are availableand delivered as required.
  • To comeup with creative and innovative content and analyse the impact of all directand indirect campaigns.
  • Todevelop customer and prospect customer journey communications, includingnewsletters and emails to manage the scheduling and tracking of these.
  • Act asthe key point of contact for external suppliers, including designers andwebsite developers.
  • Work withSenior Management to forecast and manage Marketing spend and budget
  • Provideweekly update reports to Senior Management aligned to agreed OKR’s and KPI’s.
  • Implementand leverage ZOHO to work toward the automation and tracking of Marketing KPI’s
  • Work todefine and deliver automated customer journeys as part of a lead generationstrategy.


Requirements

Experience & Expertise

  • Trackingand recording of a digital marketing strategy including – SEO and various PPCchannel
  • Managingand partnering with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders/teams
  • Confidentrelaying business information clearly, concisely and with creative flair
  • Strongcopywriting skills
  • Abilityto lead and deliver on a variety and varied set of projects
  • Professionalworking knowledge of HootSuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Search Console,Adobe and ZOHO
  • Experiencemanaging multiple and varied campaigns
  • Athorough knowledge of various social media platforms
  • Knowledgeof fundamental advertising/branding techniques
  • Abilityto contribute creative and innovative ideas

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
