Job Advert: Management Accountant (Germany)
Location: Remote (Initial Hybrid Period)
Salary: Up to €60k

Take the lead in financial processes for a growing,international business.

What You’ll Do:

·         Own monthly management accounts (P&L,balance sheet, cash flow) for German entities.

·         Provide analysis and commentary on financialperformance.

·         Lead balance sheet reconciliations andimplement financial controls.

·         Identify ways to improve profitability andefficiency.

·         Manage and develop the German Bookkeeper.

·         Build strong relationships with stakeholdersin Germany and the UK.

·         Design and implement new financial processesin a growing environment.

·         Support the implementation of new financialsystems.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

·         CIMA/ACCA qualified or finalist preferred.

·         Proven Management Accounting experience.

·         Strong analytical skills with excellentattention to detail.

·         Advanced Excel skills; confident handlinglarge datasets.

·         Organised, calm under pressure, anddeadline-focused.

·         Proactive, problem-solving approach.
