Responsible for safe, efficient, and sustainable provincial highway corridorsthat enable mobility and economic development in alignment with provincialtransportation and highway expansion plans, through an approach that is clientfocused and partnership driven. As thehighway corridor management function involves several complex and inter-connectedsub-functions, the product development activities have been planned in a manner tohelp ensure that features and components benefit from continuous user feedback.

The product is intended to provide an end-to-end online solution forbusinesses and individuals to:

·        Secureapprovals for all work, including land developments, adjacent to provincialhighways

·        Enableseamless, integrated services across all corridor management functions,eliminating the need to provide the same information more than once and makingsure that the results of one review process are readily available to relatedreviews; and

·        Automateand streamline the integration of pre-consultations, major land use planningand development Land Development Reviews and permit applications.

Requirements

Microsoft/Azure Development and Quality AssuranceExperience 

·        .NETFramework, .NET Core-based design, development and testing

·        C#,TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL development components

·        ASP.NET MVCProgramming

·        Webfront-end (HTML 5, CSS3, Angular), Web API’s and web services design,

·        AzureSQL & MS SQL Server all supported versions

·        CI\CDPipeline Setup & Management

·        Git,Azure DevOps (VSTS/TFS)

·        AzureCloud Development including PaaS and SQL Services, or other cloud hostingtechnologies 

·        Experienceparticipating in Scrum agile development

·        Experiencecontributing as a Developer or Tester (QA) in a Cross-Functional/Balanced Teamwhich is composed of roles including Dev\Test, Product Management and Design.
