  • Quickly develop expertise in your area and lead smaller teams if necessary

Dein Profil

Das bringst Du mit:
  • Überdurchschnittliche Leistungen sowie großes Engagement im Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studium im fortgeschrittenen Semester bzw. im Gap-Year zwischen Bachelor und Master
  • Hands-On Mentalität - du scheust keine Mühen, um ein Problem nachhaltig zu lösen
  • Sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Interesse daran, sich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Erste Praktika im Startup Umfeld sind von Vorteil
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

Deine Aufgaben

Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit dem Gründerteam an ausgewählten Projekten von Geschäftsmodellentwicklung bis hin zur Prototypen-, Business und Service-Entwicklung
  • Du identifizierst Bike-Stores mit hoher Relevanz für unser Portfolio und gewinnst sie als langfristige Partner
  • Du entwickelst Blueprints und validierst den Approach-Impact, unter dem Motto „Learn fast and fail fast“: Die typische Approach-Dauer liegt zwischen 3-8 Wochen
  • Du entwickelst dich schnell zum Experten in deinem Themenbereich und führst wenn nötig kleinere Teams.
