JobResponsibilities
· Serve as a thoughtleader and forward thinker—driving innovative vision across products andplatforms, designing and launching strategic ML solutions, and deliveringbusiness-wide innovation
· Lead the fullsoftware development lifecycle (design, testing, deployment, and operations),guide technical discussions and strategy, and actively participate in designreviews, code reviews, and implementation
· Develophigh-performance, production-ready ML code for next-generation real-time MLplatforms, and extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
· Collaborate closelywith engineers and scientists to accelerate model development, validation, andexperimentation cycles, and integrate models and algorithms into productionsystems at scale
Requirements
· Degree in ComputerScience, Mathematics, or a related field
· 8+ years of full SDLCexperience (design, coding, reviews, testing, deployment, operations)
· 5+ years ofexperience building and deploying end-to-end ML solutions or platforms inproduction
· Hands-on experiencedeveloping Generative AI solutions (RAG, AI Agents, LLM fine-tuning) inproduction
· Experience withlarge-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
· Strong ability tosolve complex, ambiguous problems
PreferredQualifications
· MS/PhD in ComputerScience, Machine Learning, or a related discipline
· Experience with GraphML and Graph technologies (e.g., GNNs, GraphRAG)
· Experience withdistributed Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka, PySpark,Lakehouse, Druid, Hudi, Glue)
