Als engagierter Closer / Telefonist mit einer Leidenschaft für Kommunikation und Mandantengewinnung bist du eine unverzichtbare Stütze unseres Teams. In unserer professionellen und dynamischen Arbeitsumgebung setzt du deine Fähigkeiten gezielt ein, um die Gewinnung neuer Mandanten auf ein neues Level zu heben. In dieser zentralen Rolle agierst du als verbindendes Element zwischen unserem Office Management, potenziellen Mandanten und dem Rechtsanwaltsteam. Mit deiner überzeugenden und wirkungsvollen Kommunikation stärkst du nachhaltig unsere Mandantenbeziehungen und trägst aktiv dazu bei, den Erfolg unserer Kanzlei auszubauen.

    •    Qualifizierte Abschlussgespräche mit potenziellen Mandanten am Telefon
    •    Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs von Interessenten zu zahlenden Mandanten
    •    Zielgerichtetes Eingehen auf Mandantenbedürfnisse, um Abschlüsse zu maximieren
    •    Präzise Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Beratungsprozessen im CRM-System
    •    Beratung und Präsentation von Premium-Dienstleistungen der Kanzlei
    •    Aufbau von Vertrauen und Überzeugungskraft im direkten Mandantenkontakt
    •    Unterstützung des Teams bei der Optimierung von Beratungs- und Abschlussstrategien

•    Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

•    Hohe Serviceorientierung und freundliches Auftreten
•    Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office
•    Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effizient und präzise zu arbeiten
