Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment work, including both social recruitment and campus recruitment
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including new employee training and maintaining employee information in the QP system
  • Support payroll management by compiling monthly salary data, including overtime statistics, social security and housing fund contributions, and subsidy calculations to ensure data accuracy
  • Regularly organize various employee activities such as annual meetings and holiday events

工作职责:
协助六大模块人事工作，包括但不限于:
1. 协助完成招聘工作，含社会招聘&校园招聘。
2. 入职&离职办理，负责员工入职&离职流程办理，新员工入职培训，及时维护员工信息&QP系统。
3. 薪酬管理，协助做每月薪资数据，包括加班数据统计、社保公积金购买、补贴计算等数据输出，确保数据准确性。
4. 定期组织各类员工活动，如年会、节日活动等。
5. 定期输出招聘、OT等报告&数据分析。
6. 协助完成其他上级安排的工作。
 

职位要求

工作要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业
2. 有招聘或其他模块实习经验优先
3. 良好的英语读写能力，CET4及以上
4. 优秀的沟通能力和结果导向，细心积极，学习能力强
