Your profile

We are always on the hunt for talented full-stack engineers of any proficiency: Working Students, Juniors and Seniors. Depending on your experience we surely have different benchmarks on your skills and overall profile. But independently from your experience we are looking for the same traits.

You are excited about the domain of employee experience, recognition, incentives, e-learning and gamification.
You are passionate about backend and frontend development and closely related areas like user experience and design.
You are constantly expanding your horizon - learning and experimenting with new tools and technologies.
You have at least some hands on experience with modern frontend technologies, we work with typescript, react, Next.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails and GraphQL (similar technologies are also fine - our expectations grow with the proficiency of the role you apply for)
You are intrinsically motivated to learn and improve as a person, alongside your team. We give a lot of autonomy and freedom to all our team members, which comes at the price of a sense of responsibility to plan your days and weeks, to push objectives forward and bring in your own ideas.
