- You are excited about the domain of employee experience, recognition, incentives, e-learning and gamification.
- You are passionate about frontend development and closely related areas like backend development and user experience and design.

- You have at least some hands on experience with modern frontend technologies, we work with typescript, react and Next.js (similar technologies are also fine - our expectations grow with the proficiency of the role you apply for)
