Job description

As Enterprise System Partners (ESP), part of Accenture, we are working in the domain of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), which means that the solutions we are working on are directly impacting how factories around the world are managing their manufacturing processes. 
 
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer ready to take on new challenges. As industries head towards Manufacturing and Factory Digitalization, MES stands in the center of manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Specifying, designing, developing, documenting, testing and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) 
  • Being responsible to Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR) 
  • Implementing MES solutions and integrating with ERP and control equipment 
  • Being responsible for the documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs 
  • Providing organisation oversight for complex systems involving the development of MES 
  • Working closely with business management and users to define the needs and designing solutions that add value 
  • Partnering with business clients and delivery teams to determine appropriate solutions 
  • Directing the activities of team in the above tasks 
  • Documenting and analyzing the information needs of the business and ensuring appropriate solutions are delivered 
  • Gathering user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities 
  • Mentoring & managing a small team 
  • Managing client relationships within the projects 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience in Science, Engineering or relatable technical degree 
  • Familiar with  highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment 
  • Experience with at least one of the following: PAS|X, Opcenter, PharmaSuite, XFP, POMS, Camstar or other life sciences compatible MES solutions 
  • Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines is a must 
  • Understanding of Computerized Systems Validation processes required 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills needed 
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
  • Fluency in English is a must
