Job description

Overview:

Time and Attendance Advisor provides functional system expertise to ensure users can efficiently and effectively leverage the system and tools in support of business initiatives. This role will serve as the go-to expert for our WFM solution. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, solutioning and testing, documentation, reporting, resolving issues and providing end user support.

Responsibilities:

Production Support

  • Identifying and resolving system issues including root cause analysis
  • Partner with HR and Compliance to ensure system is configured to ensure alignment with internal policies in addition to local, state and federal laws
  • Performing and monitoring scheduled audits and activities
  • Provide resolution support for end user inquires
  • Legal and compliance reporting as required
  • Serve as liaison for WFM technical team to define requirements, policy and process updates in addition to issue resolution
  • Continually identify opportunities for automation and process improvement including execution and delivery

System Maintenance/Implementation

  • Conducting solution testing to include unit testing, integration testing and coordination support of user acceptance
  • Develop test cases to be conducted during system unit testing and user acceptance testing phases
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure system is meeting business requirements including new modules, upgrades, company policies and process improvements

Training/Documentation

  • Creating and maintaining process and system documentation
  • Work with the training team to develop, maintain and roll out end user training materials
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 Years relevant experience required
  • BA/BS strongly preferred in Information Systems, HR or related field
  • Demonstrates a high level of customer-service with a sense of ownership for resolving issues
  • Experience in application support
  • Previous HCM/Time and Attendance system experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical information to nontechnical users and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, focused on solutions
  • Ability to manage deliverables or a small project holistically
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $54,615.60 - $72,820.80, based on the national average for the position. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
