And we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative  to start immediately!


Client business Overview: A Large bridal service business with high volume of brides daily. Heavily women-employed company. Currently producing custom software system. In scale mode expecting significant growth.

Goal: Hire a bridal coordinator to manage client workflows, bookings, emails, customer service, and project management for brides throughout their journey with the company.

Key Specific Tasks VA will do:

  1. Managing workflows and tasks in CRM (Dubsado)
  2. Email communication and customer service
  3. Invoicing and bookings management

Tools/Software to use:

  1. Dubsado (CRM system) - must have experience or ability to learn quickly
  2. Slack - for communication
  3. Asana - for task management
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of proven experience as Customer Service Representative assisting international clients
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Impeccable interpersonal skills
• Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
• Proactive attitude
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
 
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9am-6pm EST (full time)
Location: This is a remote, PH-based job
 
Salary Package: PHP 38,000/month
