Job Description:

Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact supporting the Case Management Modernization (CMM) Program.  The CMM program is an initiative to support the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AO) in developing a modern cloud-based solution to support all 204+ federal courts across the United States.

The Project Coordinator will work as part of the CMM Application Development team to modernize case management capabilities, improve the user experience, reduce administrative overhead, and position the Judiciary for more responsive and cost-effective IT services over the long term.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, sprint boards, task assignments, and deliverable trackers using tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when necessary.
  • Support preparation of contract deliverables such as status reports, meeting minutes, sprint artifacts, and technical documentation.
  • Maintain project documentation repositories in accordance with agency and contract requirements.
  • Track contract deliverables and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to government standards and timelines.
  • Assist with budget tracking, resource allocation updates, and financial forecasting inputs.
  • Support compliance with government standards, including security, accessibility, quality assurance, and configuration management.
  • Help prepare materials for program reviews, technical demos, and audits.
  • Assist with change requests, budget tracking, and resource allocation in coordination with the contractor Task Lead.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, or other documentation management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing client-facing reports.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of general experience in information systems with BS/BA Degree, or 4+ years with MA/MS Degree
  • 3+years of experience in project coordination

  • Preferred Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.).
  • Location Remote

  • Consultant mindset with the ability to work with high level customer stakeholders and build excellent customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement.

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
