  • 3–5+ years of experience in furniture sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management.
  • Strong understanding of the furniture manufacturing ecosystem, preferably across Home, Office, and/or Pet Furniture categories.
  • Proven experience in supplier sourcing, qualification, negotiation, and vendor relationship management.

Sperton Global AS, a global recruitment and consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, has partnered with a global consumer brands company focused on developing and scaling products across categories such as home, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, apparel, kitchen, and pet products within the retail industry. We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist – Home, Office & Pet Furniture to lead supplier sourcing, procurement, and sourcing operations within the furniture manufacturing industry.

This role will focus on identifying and managing manufacturing partners, supporting product sourcing initiatives across Home, Office, and Pet Furniture categories, ensuring supplier performance and compliance, and driving efficient end-to-end sourcing operations for international markets.

This is a remote position based in Vietnam and will begin as an initial 6-month contract, with the opportunity for extension based on business needs and individual performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage furniture manufacturers, suppliers, OEM/ODM partners, and material vendors across Home, Office, and Pet Furniture categories.

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency, product quality, and reliable delivery performance.

  • Lead sourcing activities across furniture categories including supplier selection, product sourcing, material coordination, and commercialization support.

  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners throughout the sourcing and procurement lifecycle.

  • Conduct supplier capability assessments, factory evaluations, and vendor negotiations related to pricing, production timelines, and commercial agreements.

  • Manage procurement and sourcing operations to support business objectives and product launch timelines.

  • Monitor production schedules, supplier performance, and supply chain operations to proactively resolve delays and operational risks.

  • Track market trends, manufacturing developments, and sourcing opportunities within the furniture industry in Vietnam and broader regional markets.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in furniture sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management.

  • Strong understanding of the furniture manufacturing ecosystem, preferably across Home, Office, and/or Pet Furniture categories.

  • Proven experience in supplier sourcing, qualification, negotiation, and vendor relationship management.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Existing network of Vietnamese furniture manufacturers and suppliers is highly preferred.

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal) to support local and international collaboration.
