Translate complex auth flows (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, passkeys, entitlement logic) and onboarding funnels into well-structured, build-ready specs.
Lead refinement sessions to ensure requirements are understood and scoped before work begins.
Embed with development teams through the full product lifecycle — from discovery and design review through build, QA, and launch.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, security, marketing, and enterprise stakeholders.
Establish clear release readiness standards and own go/no-go decisions for product launches.
Manage competing priorities and drive decisions that keep the team moving without sacrificing quality.
Define and own the KPI framework for identity and onboarding — including auth success rates, onboarding completion, activation, and subscription conversion metrics.
Track, analyze, and report on product performance; translate data into clear, actionable product decisions.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership and stakeholder visibility.
Use data to identify friction points in auth flows and onboarding funnels and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain an ongoing, working knowledge of the competitive landscape across streaming platforms, digital identity, and free/AVOD onboarding models.
Monitor industry trends in authentication standards, account management, and free tier acquisition strategies to inform roadmap prioritization.
Identify whitespace opportunities by benchmarking the company’s experiences against competitors and category leaders.
Serve as a product SME for identity and MyFree onboarding across the organization.
Communicate roadmap status, delivery updates, and product decisions to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Drive feature prioritization and resource allocation decisions aligned to business goals.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, security, legal, and business development.
