Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist | Full-Cycle Recruiting) – Remote

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (Flexibility for Interviews and Candidate Coordination)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and hiring coordination.

This is a fast-paced, execution-focused recruiting role where you’ll work directly with hiring managers and clients to identify, attract, and hire top talent across multiple industries and functions.

You will own candidate sourcing, recruiting pipelines, interview coordination, candidate experience, hiring manager communication, and offer management.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the recruitment process from intake call through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Create and optimize job descriptions to maximize candidate attraction and application flow.
  • Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Boolean search techniques, and niche job boards.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
  • Execute outreach campaigns to engage top talent.
  • Develop talent pools for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing

  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
  • Assess candidate experience, communication skills, technical qualifications, cultural fit, and career goals.
  • Administer assessments and screening exercises when required.
  • Maintain detailed ATS notes, interview feedback, and candidate evaluations.

Candidate Experience & Communication

  • Ensure candidates remain informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and manage ongoing communication.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience.

Hiring Manager & Client Partnership

  • Provide hiring managers with pipeline updates and market insights.
  • Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring discussions.
  • Support hiring decisions with structured candidate evaluations.
  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner to clients and internal stakeholders.

Offer Management & Onboarding Support

  • Draft and present employment offers.
  • Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and hiring logistics.

Recruiting Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting dashboards.
  • Track recruiting metrics, including:
    • Time-to-fill
    • Source effectiveness
    • Pipeline health
    • Interview conversion rates
  • Provide recruiting updates and hiring progress reports.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Proven sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, iCIMS, or similar systems.
  • Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience managing recruitment workflows from sourcing through offer stage.

Communication & Organization

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage fast-moving hiring pipelines efficiently.
  • Strong follow-through and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency recruiting or staffing experience.
  • High-volume recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for SaaS, technology, finance, property management, or professional services roles.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and hiring analytics.
  • Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance best practices.
