About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth / Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead the company’s global growth initiatives across acquisition, monetization, retention, and expansion.

This role is ideal for a growth leader who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, analytics, and business strategy. You will be responsible for defining and executing scalable growth strategies across company’s portfolio of digital products and services, while building high-performing growth teams and establishing a data-driven growth culture.

You will work closely with Product, BI, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to unlock new revenue streams, optimize user journeys, and accelerate business performance globally.

What You’ll Own

End-to-end growth journey design

You’ll be responsible for shaping and improving the entire user acquisition journey — from initial marketing touchpoints through landing experiences and into early product engagement across web and mobile. The focus is on building scalable growth paths and continuously improving how users move through them.

Building an experimentation culture

You’ll define how we approach experimentation as a discipline: how ideas are formed, prioritized, tested, and translated into repeatable learnings. The goal is to create a system where insights consistently turn into scalable growth decisions.

Cross-functional growth integration

You’ll ensure tight alignment between creative, user acquisition, and product teams so that messaging, targeting, measurement, and in-product experience work as one system rather than separate functions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product, or Product Marketing
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or ownership role
  • Proven experience working with subscription-based B2C products across web and/or mobile environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting user behavior and product data to guide decisions
  • Familiarity with growth experimentation methods such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, and performance evaluation frameworks
  • Experience working with product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven or product-led growth businesses.
  • Background in mobile growth or subscription products.
  • Experience managing large-scale acquisition budgets.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation ecosystems.
