Key Responsibilities

Execute rigorous lead qualification to identify high-potential students, assessing academic profiles, financial readiness, and enrollment timelines to ensure alignment with partner institution requirements.
Provide end-to-end, high-touch counseling to qualified prospective students and families, translating complex international education options into clear, actionable roadmaps.
Take full ownership of the student pipeline, meeting and exceeding enrollment targets through diligent follow-up and expert guidance on global admissions requirements.
Represent UMatch at key recruitment events, including school talks, exhibitions, and roadshows, to build and maintain a robust lead funnel.
Document verification and ad-hoc strategic tasks to maintain rigorous quality standards.
