Job Title: Account Executive - Walmart 

Job Status: full-time, permanent 

Work location: remote, USA; Arkansas  

 

Your role

As an Account Executive for Lipton Tea, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth with some of our most strategic retail partners by effectively managing and evolving relationships both internally and externally.  Your primary responsibilities will include developing customer and data driven strategies to deliver financial targets.  To accomplish this you will be collaborating with internal partners such as Shopper Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales Leadership.  Driving these strategies through execution at retail to delivery mutual value creation.   

 

Your key responsibilities:

Walmart and Sam’s Club Business Management:

    • Build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with Lipton Teas & Infusions retail partners and internal cross functional TEAm personnel.
    • Demonstrate “Best in Class” account management, driving growth in both revenue and margin to help us achieve our joint value creation plan.
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to win for your business which includes driving market share growth for both the retailer and Lipton Tea & Infusions, with a clear avenue to deliver goals and objectives.
    • Ability to be a successful sales leader, acting as the “owner “of your business, including cross-functional team leadership, financial and analytical savvy and demonstrated thought leadership on how to achieve breakthrough goals at your accounts.
    • Driving key areas of focus like Omni/Ecomm and new product development to drive category and business growth
    • Critical decision making, based on financial analysis of multiple scenarios to drive profitable growth, often diving into the details and understanding what comprises & drives top line and bottom line growth.
    • Support Business Analyst on data analytics and reporting POS, trends, factors impacting the business
    • Gathering and communicating competitive factors impacting the business (i.e. new competitive items, competitive promotions, etc.)
    • Delivering flawless execution for Lipton and Walmart:
    • New Product Launches
    • Ensure the highest level of online execution and penetration
    • Timely response to retailer and internal partner requests
    • Leverage weekly and daily analytics to drive key decisions

Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience with National Retail (Walmart and Sam’s Club experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Required experience with Scintilla and Madrid
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
