NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our team working 100% Remote on a Temporary assignment supporting a leading healthcare client.
(Due to contract obligations, we are not able to support C2C/Agencies - US authorized only candidates).

Job Summary
NTT DATA Services is seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst (BA) to support a leading life Sciences or biotech company client in a fast-paced, deadline-driven integration program. This role reports into the Integration Lead / Program Sponsor and requires close collaboration with internal program stakeholders, client PMO, and cross-functional business and IT teams.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience with mergers and acquisitions and is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling multiple workstreams simultaneously while providing both technical and functional support across program deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Program Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with NTT DATA Project Managers, client PMO, and cross-functional teams to support program execution.
  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle on an as-needed basis.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
Business Analysis & Documentation
  • Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements (BRR).
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Technical and non-technical documentation
    • Workflow diagrams and process flows
    • Functional specifications and supporting artifacts
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting across multiple workstreams.
Integration & Technical Support
  • Support integration-related deliverables under tight timelines, including:
    • Day 1 cutover planning and execution support
    • Rollback strategy documentation
    • Hypercare support model definition
  • Assist with technical workstreams when needed, ensuring alignment with broader program goals.
Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Prepare and execute test scripts for:
    • System Integration Testing (SIT)
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support QA/QC activities including defect tracking and validation.
Change Management & Business Impact
  • Assist with:
    • Change documentation and communication
    • Business impact analysis
    • KPI/SLA development and reporting for executive readouts


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional capacity
  • 1 year of experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
  • 5+ years of experience with:
    • Business requirements gathering and documentation
    • Process mapping and workflow diagramming (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
    • Integration-focused projects or system implementations
  • 3+ years working knowledge of SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments)
  • 3+ years of experience preparing SIT and UAT test scripts and participating in QA processes
  • 5+ years in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Focus: Biotech/pharmaceutical experience and exposure to commercial technology ecosystems (e.g., CRM platforms, promotional/medical content management systems) are strongly preferred.
  • Experience in large-scale system integrations or migrations preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EDI – 834/835)
  • Experience with project management or tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Exposure to cutover planning, hypercare, and release management activities
  • Understanding of KPI/SLA frameworks and reporting

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($60.00.66.00/hourly W2). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
