This is a focused, outcome-driven position where you’ll own the monthly bookkeeping lifecycles, lead complex tenant reconciliations, and use cutting-edge software and AI tools to optimize a portfolio spanning nearly 1 million square feet.

This is a core financial management role covering multi-entity bank reconciliations, ledger integrity, and commercial real estate tracking. You aren't just categorizing expenses; you are organizing property financial structures in a modern way—mastering journal entries, triple-net (NNN) lease structures, CAM reconciliations, tenant ledgers, and cash-flow tracking to provide absolute portfolio clarity.
You’ll take the lead on:
Prisine Financial Reconciliation: Owning the end-to-end reconciliation of bank statements, credit cards, and multi-entity accounts across the commercial portfolio.
Commercial Ledger Management: Executing precise journal entries, managing accounts payable/receivable, tracking insurance allocations, and property tax distributions.
Tenant & Recovery Analytics: Reviewing tenant ledgers, managing complex CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations, and calculating tenant expense recoveries under NNN lease frameworks.
AI & Workflow Integration: Proactively implementing AI-enhanced tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) to accelerate monthly financial analysis, drafts, and system documentation.
Property Management System Optimization: Overseeing and auditing data entry inside specialized property platforms (like Rent Manager) to maintain flawless compliance and structural alignment.
End-to-End Financial Reporting: Compiling clean, comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packs for owners, investors, and asset managers.
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
Are a Financial Architect: You have a profound ability to audit fractured accounts, navigate triple-net (NNN) expense structures, and reconstruct messy ledgers into highly reliable financial statements.
Are a Property Hybrid: You are equally comfortable executing routine accounts payable/receivable cycles as you are diving deep into commercial CAM calculations, property tax adjustments, and insurance allocations.
Are an AI-Adaptive Operator: You actively leverage AI prompt workflows to improve financial documentation, audit reporting logic, and reduce monthly closing turnaround times.
Have 3–5+ years of experience in specialized real estate bookkeeping, preferably supporting U.S.-based commercial property portfolios or multi-entity operations.
Are High-Accountability: You have an exceptional degree of reliability and follow-through. You don't need to be chased for updates; you meet tight deadlines and proactively flag errors before the books lock.
Communicate with elite fluency and structural clarity across written and verbal English.
After 60–90 Days:
The Portfolio is Standardized: You have optimized the chart of accounts, audited the tenant records inside Rent Manager, and established 100% data integrity across all 250 units.
Reconciliations are Seamless: You are effortlessly running the monthly multi-entity bank feeds and NNN/CAM allocations ahead of the closing deadline.
Reporting is Transparent: Your financial packs provide the exact, granular visibility executive leadership needs to make accurate cash flow and growth decisions.
