Salesforce Pod Lead (Admin/Dev) at JWay Group

Position: Salesforce Pod Lead (more of an Admin with light dev experience)Note: Must be ok to work 50/50 ration between Salesforce Admin and Development work

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team, delegate tasks, ensure that the team is within project schedule, ensure completion of expected deliverables, able to handle and escalate issues
• Design and develop dynamic, secure, high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform, for the healthcare industry.
• Create Data Dictionaries
• Generate application flow charts and technical documentation
• Defining technical specifications to meet business requirements for custom applications
• Function in an Agile, structured SDLC team environment
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Develop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications

Qualifications:

• Leadership, collaboration, and excellent communication skills (minimum 3 years of leadership experience)
• Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge and experience (minimum 4 years of Salesforce Administration)
• Salesforce development (minimum 1 year of experience with Apex)
• SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
• Visualforce/ Lightning Components/ Aura Components
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logic problems
• Desired knowledge on Platform Events
• Okay to work 50/50 ratio between SF Administration and Development work
• Ability to work US Daytime hours
