Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced ML/AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and AI solutions to enhance our service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering, with a passion for solving complex problems using AI technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training to build robust AI solutions.
• Deploy and integrate machine learning models into production systems to enhance functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within existing applications.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and identify patterns that can inform AI model development.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI research to incorporate state-of-the-art techniques into projects.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, making improvements as needed.
• Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.
• Communicate findings and progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
