At Red Sky, a Talent Sourcer is not an admin role making data entries; you are a strategic investigator and our first point of contact with the market's brightest minds. We are seeking a highly proactive Talent Sourcer who can masterfully navigate both niche developer markets and elite executive/C-level networks. Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Mapping: Conduct deep-dive market research and talent mapping to identify high-potential candidates for specialized technical roles and key leadership positions (CEO, CTO, CMO for new ventures).

  • Hyper-Personalized Outreach: Move away from generic templates. You will craft bespoke, highly engaging outreach strategies that capture the attention of passive, top-tier talent.

  • Pipeline & Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term networks with passive candidates and executive-level profiles, keeping them warm for future Red Sky spin-offs and project launches.

  • Data-Driven Sourcing Analytics: Monitor response rates, channel effectiveness, and talent availability. You will share these market insights with Recruiters and Founders to adapt our hiring strategies.

  • Toolbox Mastery: Continuously experiment with and optimize sourcing stacks, from advanced Boolean search to OSINT, social sourcing, and AI-driven scraping tools.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record in Talent Sourcing, with demonstrable experience identifying senior tech talent and high-level executive profiles.

  • Advanced Sourcing Toolkit: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-raying, GitHub, StackOverflow, and alternative digital communities.

  • Unwavering Curiosity & Initiative: You don't give up when a LinkedIn search yields nothing. You think outside the box to find alternative contact methods and hidden talent pools.

  • Business Maturity: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and polish required to engage with C-suite executives on an equal footing.

  • Fluent English & Polish: Excellent written and spoken English is a must-have for crafting premium outreach copies.
