Job Description:

This position is only available for people located in Venezuela

Our recruiters, using our ever-growing database, connect companies in need of truck drivers in America with drivers seeking employment with fair compensation through effective cold calls.

Our team of recruitment professionals plays a crucial role in the trucking industry for two important reasons:

1. Companies can rely on us to find the best drivers that meet their unique requirements.

2. Wersirius Holding helps a wide range of drivers—whether experienced or not, with or without a CDL license—find employment that matches their skills, preferences, and aspirations.

Your Daily Tasks Will be:

• Conduct outbound calls to truck drivers, presenting job opportunities based on client requirements.
• Continuously update and manage the pipeline of candidates, understanding the ever-changing nature of the trucking industry where drivers frequently seek new opportunities.

• Gather and verify necessary documentation from interested candidates.
• Submit candidate's applications to clients for review.
• Act as the main point of contact between drivers and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

What we are looking for:

• B1-B2 English Level (Good/Fluent command of the language)
• Ambition, eagerness to learn and grow.
• No previous experience needed.
• Fully functional equipment: Laptop, UPS (guarantee workflow during outages), Headset.
• Full-Time position: 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. EST.
• Strong desire for personal and professional development.
