Job Description:

This position is only available for people located in Venezuela

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ELD Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant use of Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) by truck drivers, while also optimizing their driving time. You'll serve as a key point of contact for drivers, fleet managers, and client staff, addressing issues and maintaining smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Communication & Coordination: Conduct outbound and inbound calls with truck drivers, fleet managers, and internal company staff to resolve ELD-related issues and provide support.
• ELD Management: Continuously update and manage ELD boards, ensuring all data is current and accurate. Maintain regular communication with load boards and staff members of our client freight carriers (Freight MCs).
• Compliance & Analysis: Analyze driver logbooks to identify and report violations, disconnected driving, and ELD malfunctions.
• Data Integrity: Fill in any necessary missing information on logbooks, including notes, shipping documentation, and certifications, to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Driving Time Optimization: Conduct 'shrink and slide' operations to legally and effectively maximize available driving time for drivers.

Your Daily Tasks Will be:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with truck drivers, fleet managers, and company staff.
• Continuously update and manage ELD boards, keep in touch with LOAD boards, and staff members of our clients (Freight MCs).
• Analyze driver logbooks and look for violations, disconnected driving, and malfunctions with the ELD.
• Fill in the necessary missing information on the logbook (Notes, Shipping Docs, Certifications).
• Conduct shrink and slide operations, allowing drivers to have more driving time.

What we are looking for:

• B1-B2 English Level (Good/Fluent command of the language)
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a positive mindset.
• No previous experience needed.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fully functional equipment: Laptop, UPS (guarantee workflow during outages), Headset.

Availability Required:

Full-time position - three different shifts (minimum 40 hours a week):

• Morning shift - 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM CT
• Daytime shift - 4.30 PM - 12.30 AM CT
• Night shift - 12.30 AM - 8.30 AM CT

• Base Salary: $300
• Level 1 experience: $400 - $500
• Level 2 experience: $500 - $600
