Position: Video Editor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Digital marketing education (tutorials, marketing insights, business videos)
• Music & AI creative content (AI music videos, Suno songs, creative short-form content)
• AI news & commentary (AI influencers delivering updates)
• Editing longform YouTube videos
• Creating and editing AI-generated content (AI influencer videos, AI music visuals, etc.)
• Making engaging shorts for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Using YouTube analytics to find high-performing moments and turn them into clear, narrative-ready clips
• Adding intros/outros, captions, transitions, and branding
• Repurposing old videos into new content formats
• Creating vertical/horizontal versions of videos depending on platform
• Daily YouTube uploads during weekdays
• Regular short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Flexible hours as long as deadlines and volume goals are met
• CapCut, InShot, DaVinci Resolve (optional)
• Any tool that supports subtitles, branding, and platform-specific exports
• Also helpful: Experience analyzing YouTube Studio retention graphs, Familiarity with AI video workflows, Strong storytelling sense when cutting clips
• Both my YouTube and Facebook channels are monetized, and the goal of this assistant role is to help increase revenue through: Consistent uploads
• Strategic repurposing
• Expanding output from longform and short form content
• Leveraging our large existing content library.

As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.

• A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
• Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
