Experienced Business Paralegal - Hybrid Position - Post Falls Idaho
Overview
Skepsis Legal is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Paralegal to join our dynamic team and supportive community.  The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex litigation matters across multiple cases simultaneously, serving as the central point of coordination to drive deadlines, workflows, communications, and case strategy execution. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
  • 4+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proactive case management skills
  • Pass a background check
  • Have a valid driver’s license and means of transportation to and from the office and off-site meetings (within Kootenai, Spokane, and Bonner counties).
  • Provide your own computer, high-speed internet connection, and any accessories for performing daily work.
  • Be tech-savvy and enjoy learning new software and systems through experimentation and research.
  • In-person attendance at weekly team meetings on Tuesday morning in Hayden.
