Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate EFMP respite care services within an assigned region.
  • Process service packets and support family intake.
  • Contact families and assist with service coordination.
  • Match families with qualified respite care providers.
  • Track provider availability and service status.
  • Maintain required documentation and case records.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between families, providers, and program management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting social service programs.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing remote staff or remote service delivery.
  • Strong case coordination, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
