As a Sales Capture Lead, you will play a key role in originating, shaping, and closing complex deals, while contributing to the growth of Aerospace & Defense accounts in Brussels and the surrounding region.

What you’ll do
  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of Aerospace & Defense accounts
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders across Procurement, business, and client teams
  • Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities aligned with client priorities
  • Define and execute account growth plans together with internal and client stakeholders
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring high-quality opportunity qualification, prioritization, and forecasting accuracy
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from origination to contract signature
  • Analyze opportunities including value potential, differentiation, sponsor alignment, competition, and decision criteria
  • Define winning strategies and shape client-centric value propositions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including delivery, legal, finance, and marketing to build competitive proposals
  • Develop commercial models, pricing structures, and business cases
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and closing activities

Education
  • Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
  • Solid experience in sales, capture management, or business development
  • Proven involvement in complex sales cycles and deal shaping
  • Experience in consulting, technology services, or transformation environments
Skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to shape deals
  • Ability to build clear and compelling value propositions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Fluency in French and English required
  • Knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense sector

Leadership
  • Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Problem-solving mindset and resilience
  • Ability to support and guide teams during complex sales processes
